The fine print

RealtorFinder.ca ("RealtorFinder", "we") is an independent index of Canadian real estate professionals. We rank active agents in each market using live listing data, verified Google reviews, and office location. Our rankings are generated from data — they are not endorsements, and no one can pay to change their position.
You may browse RealtorFinder freely. You may not scrape, republish, or resell our content or data at scale without written permission, and you may not use the site in a way that interferes with its operation or misrepresents its content.
Profile claiming is offered free of charge to the real estate professional a profile describes (or a person expressly authorized to act for them). By claiming a profile you confirm that you are that professional or their authorized representative. We review every claim manually and may approve, reject, or later revoke a claim at our discretion — for example where we believe the claimant is not the agent concerned.
A claimed profile lets you add content such as a biography, tagline, service areas, links, and a headshot. You keep ownership of what you upload, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on RealtorFinder and in previews of it (for example in search results and social-share cards) for as long as it remains on your profile. You confirm you have the rights to anything you upload — in particular that a headshot is of you and that you are entitled to use it. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, or inappropriate.
Rankings, listing counts, prices, and market statistics are derived from public listing data and other sources, refresh on a schedule, and can lag or contain errors. We make no guarantee of accuracy or completeness and no promise about any agent's position. Claiming a profile does not affect ranking.
An account requires transactional email: sign-in codes, claim decisions, and account notices are how the service works. Optional emails — ranking updates and our newsletter — are sent only with your express consent, given at claim time or on your profile page, and every optional email includes an unsubscribe link. You can change your choices anytime on your profile page. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
RealtorFinder is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the site, from reliance on rankings or market data, or from decisions made on the basis of either. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date, and continued use of a claimed account after a change is acceptance of it. You may abandon your claim at any time by contacting us; we may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
